1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntegAI™ services, including the platform, website, and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

IntegAI™ provides sovereign AI orchestration services, including:

• Offline-first AI processing infrastructure
• Sector-specific AI agents
• Local RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Compliance and audit trail management
• Custom agent development

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Not use Services to process data that violates applicable laws
• Ensure your use complies with relevant industry regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The IntegAI™ platform, documentation, and related materials are owned by IntegAI™. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your data. IntegAI™ processes data locally on your infrastructure—we claim no ownership of your content, prompts, or outputs.

Outputs: AI-generated outputs belong to you, subject to your compliance with these terms and applicable laws.

5. Data Sovereignty

Our Services are designed for data sovereignty. By default, all processing occurs locally without external transmission. If you configure external adapters, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws. We provide full audit trails for all processing activities.

6. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties
• IntegAI™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• AI outputs are tools to assist human decision-making—you are responsible for verifying accuracy

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to Services will end, but your locally stored data remains yours. We provide data export assistance upon request.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent website notice.
